Where does it come from?
If you live or work in Rutland your drinking water may be supplied from a reservoir, or pumped from underground aquifer. After being treated at the water treatment works.
To make it safe enough for you to drink, the raw water travels through a series of processes designed to remove the solid particles, chemicals and micro-organisms, leaving the water clean, fresh and ready to drink. Some areas have water supplied by other water companies.
